1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of SixSeven Asset Maker (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider").

The offer is intended for customers worldwide, unless restricted by applicable law.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider sells digital products, including but not limited to 3D assets, game assets, models, textures, and other digital content for use in games, animations, and digital projects.

All products are digital goods only; no physical shipping is involved.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A purchase agreement is concluded when the customer selects a product, is redirected to an external payment provider (e.g. PayPal), and completes the payment successfully.

Once payment is completed, the purchase is confirmed automatically.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are final unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through external payment providers, primarily PayPal or similar services. The Provider does not have access to the customer's payment details.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, the customer receives a download link or instant access to download the purchased files.

Delivery is provided immediately after payment or within a few minutes.

6. License / Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets.

Permitted usage includes use in personal and commercial game projects, animations, simulations, and digital media, as well as modification of assets for personal project use.

Not permitted is reselling or redistributing the assets (including modified versions), uploading assets to marketplaces such as Unity Asset Store or Unreal Marketplace, or sharing files with third parties.

All intellectual property rights remain with SixSeven Asset Maker.

7. Refunds / Right of Withdrawal

As these are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires once the download process begins, provided the customer has given explicit consent.

According to EU law (e.g. §356 (5) BGB), digital content is generally non-refundable after delivery has started.

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the assets, compatibility issues with software or game engines, or service interruptions from third-party providers such as PayPal or hosting services.

9. Availability

The Provider strives to ensure continuous availability of the website and downloads but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase shall apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
